the OTBCA
The Ottertail Business and Community Association (OTBCA) works hard to make Ottertail a great place to live, work, and play!
Ottertail Business and Community Association’s mission is to raise funds through various events, which shall be non-profit and charitable. The Association partners with the city of Ottertail and other non-profit organizations to enhance the quality of life for our community.
The OTBCA sponsors 4 main events throughout the year. These events are the Easter Egg Hunt, Music in the Park, Otterfest, and Otter Dazzle.
The Annual Meeting and Ottertail Community Action are also events held by the OTBCA to raise funds for the events and other community projects.
Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. We invite you to come and see what we are all about.
