Perham Health is a regional leader of quality healthcare focusing on patient and family-centered care with clinics in Ottertail, New York Mills, and Perham.

In 2012, Perham Health opened a state-of-the-art, 25-bed critical access hospital equipped with two operating suites, an endoscopy suite, and advanced medical equipment. Facility features include a family birth center, general imaging, 3D mammography, ultrasound, a 64-slice CT, MRI, Echo, DEXA scan, nuclear radiology, laboratory, therapy center, pharmacy, and infusion center. The Perham Health system also includes a 96-bed skilled nursing facility, memory care assisted living, home care service, adult day services, acute-care rehabilitation, and senior housing.

Perham Health includes nine family medicine physicians, three of which provide obstetric care, one midwife, one internal medicine physician/pediatrician, two surgeons, one psychiatrist, one psychologist, three chiropractors, 10 advanced practice practitioners, and one diabetes educator.

Specialists from Sanford Health in Fargo and Detroit Lakes provide outreach services which include cardiology, interventional radiology, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, orthopedics, pathology, podiatry, sleep medicine, and urology. Sanford Health Healthcare Accessories offers on-site access to medical equipment and supplies.
